PINE BLUFF AREA TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE:
Members of the PBATS Policy Committee consist of the following: the Jefferson County Judge and one member of the Jefferson County Quorum Court, the Mayor of Pine Bluff and one Pine Bluff City Council Member, the Mayor of White Hall and one White Hall City Council Member, the Chief of the Planning Division and the local District Engineer of the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Division, a representative of SARPC, and the Chairman of the Arkansas River Regional Intermodal Authority.
